§ 2-2342. [Boundaries.]

The area or boundary of this proposed special taxing district is as follows:

A portion of Section 14, Township 55 South, Range 39 East, lying in Miami-Dade County, Florida; being more particularly described as follows:

Begin at the southeast corner of the SE ¼ of said Section 14; thence S 87°47′05″ W along the south line of the SE ¼ of said Section 14 for 525.83 feet; thence N 02°20′51″ W for 914.91 feet; thence N 87°39′09″ E along a line 448.00 feet south of and parallel with the north line of the SE ¼ of the SE ¼ of said Section 14 for 530.00 feet to the east line of the SE ¼ of said Section 14; thence S 02°05′10″ E along said east line for 916.13 feet to the Point-of-Beginning (a.k.a. Three Lakes Apartments, Tentative Plat # T-23411).
