In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 18 of the Code of Miami-Dade County, Florida, a special taxing district to be known and designated as the KEYS CROSSING APARTMENTS MULTIPURPOSE MAINTENANCE AND STREET LIGHTING SPECIAL TAXING DISTRICT, is hereby created and established in the unincorporated area of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
