§ 2-2226. [Agreement.]

The proposed street lighting agreement between Miami-Dade County and Florida Power & Light Company is hereby approved and made a part hereof by reference, and the County Mayor or County Mayor's designee and the Clerk or Deputy Clerk of the County Commission are hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of Miami-Dade County.
