In accordance with the provisions of Chapter 18 of the Code of Miami-Dade County, Florida, a special taxing district, to be known and designated as the PALMERA AT CORAL WAY STREET LIGHTING SPECIAL TAXING DISTRICT is hereby created and established in the unincorporated area of Miami-Dade County.
