§ 2-1503. Advisory board.

(a)

There is hereby established an advisory board that replaces the International Trade Advisory Board, which may be revoked or modified by the Miami-Dade County Board of County Commissioners (hereinafter referred to as the "BCC", or the "Commission"), which shall be named and known as the International Trade Consortium ("ITC") (hereinafter referred to as the "Board" or "Advisory Board" ). The Board shall be generally governed by County Code Section 2-11.38 governing advisory boards unless specifically addressed herein.

(b)

The Advisory Board shall provide the Mayor and the Board of County Commissioners with advice on policy matters relating to international trade initiatives and Sister Cities program activities.
