§ 29-44. Permit fee component of the "Local Communications Services Tax."

In addition to the tax established in Section 29-43 of the Code, pursuant to the authority in Florida Statute Section 337.401 to increase the local "Discretionary Communications Services Tax," the County hereby evidences its intent and election not to require and collect permit fees from Communications Services Providers subject to the local "Discretionary Communications Services Tax," and in lieu thereof the County hereby increases the rate of the "Local Communications Services Tax" by 0.12 percent.
