§ 24-49.8. Permit fees; schedule.

The Department shall charge and collect application and permit fees and trust fund contributions at the rates established by separate administrative order which shall not become effective until approved by the Board of County Commissioners. Applications from government agencies for tree removals in areas dedicated to public use may, in the discretion of the Director, be exempted from application fees and permit fees.
