§ 24-41.14. Certain products prohibited.

It shall be unlawful after September 26, 1991, to sell, offer for sale, distribute or manufacture or cause, let, allow, permit, or suffer the sale, offering for sale, distribution or manufacture of any plate, bowl (excluding lids), cup (excluding lids), or open tray which contains any Class I ozone-depleting compound or which has been manufactured by the use of a Class I ozone-depleting compound as a blowing agent.
