§ 24-27. Nuisance prohibited.

No person shall cause, or allow to be caused, any nuisance or sanitary nuisance as defined in Section 24-5 and/or 24-28 herein. In addition to all other remedies the Director may have, the Director is authorized to seek, in the appropriate court, injunctive relief, both of a temporary and permanent nature, against any person causing or allowing to be caused, any such nuisance.
