The owner or operator of any facility installed or operating under the provisions
of this chapter shall cause to be maintained and kept such records of the operation
data and control tests as may be required by the Director to indicate the operating
efficiency of such facility, and to show whether or not such facility is causing pollution
as herein defined, and to furnish all such information and data concerning the operation
of the facility as the Director may require from time to time.
In addition to the above, any industrial user, as defined in section 24-42.4(1)(c) of this Code, shall comply with the reporting and record keeping requirements
set forth in 40 CFR 403.12, Federal Pretreatment Regulations.
