§ 24-15.2. Registered engineer required.

The drawings, specifications and other data submitted with the application filed hereunder shall be prepared by a competent professional engineer or engineers registered under the provisions of Chapter 471, Florida Statutes. The plans and other data required to be submitted with the application shall have affixed thereto the names and certificate and registration number of the engineer preparing the same. The Director shall not accept or receive any application that does not comply with the requirements of this section.
