The Board of Trustees will hold regular meetings quarterly or more often as determined
by the Board. Special meetings may be called by the Chairman and Secretary or by any
three (3) members of the Board. Ten (10) days written notice of a special meeting
shall be given in writing to all Board members, which notice shall contain the purpose,
date, time and place of the special meeting.
If any elected member of the Board of Trustees, or the resident member who has been
appointed by the Board, shall fail to attend three (3) consecutive meetings, without
due cause, the Chairman shall certify same to the County Commission. Upon such certification
to the County Commission, such member shall be deemed to have been removed and the
County Commission shall appoint a successor to fill the unexpired term of such member.
