§ 21-279. Applicability.

(a)

This article shall be applicable to the incorporated and unincorporated areas of Miami-Dade County.

(b)

This article shall be applicable in all municipalities in Miami-Dade County on the effective date of this ordinance. All municipal ordinances in Miami-Dade County establishing sexual offender or predator residency restrictions are hereby preempted and shall stand repealed.
