§ 21-139. Penalties.

(a)

Any person, firm, corporation or business entity violating any of the provisions of this article, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500.00), or by imprisonment for a term not to exceed sixty (60) days, or both such fine and imprisonment.

(b)

Upon conviction of the above violation, any operator, lessor or owner shall automatically have its permit revoked.
