§ 18-8. Same—Contest of election.

No right of action or defense founded upon the invalidity of any election held under the provisions of Section 18-5 on the question of issuing bonds of a district or held under the provisions of Section 18-7 on the question of levying a tax in a district shall be asserted, nor shall the validity of any such election be open to question in any court upon any ground whatever, except in an action or proceeding commenced within thirty (30) days after the canvass of the returns of such election.
