§ 17B-7. Minimum Housing Enforcement Officer; duties and powers.

In addition to the duties, functions, powers and responsibilities found in Sections 17-18, 17-48, and 17A-6 of the Code of Metropolitan Miami-Dade County, the Minimum Housing Enforcement Officer shall have the right to enforce the provisions of this chapter and any regulations promulgated hereunder.
