§ 17-145. Trust Fund Expenditures.

Funds from the Workforce Housing Development Program ("WHU program") established in Chapter 33, Article XIIA of this Code that are deposited into the Affordable Housing Trust Fund, including, without limitation, monetary contributions in lieu of development of workforce housing units, shall only be used for the purposes set forth in Chapter 33, Article XIIA and Chapter 17, Article VIII of this Code.
