Nothing in this article shall be deemed to abolish or impair any existing remedies
relating to the removal or demolition of any buildings which are deemed to be dangerous,
unsafe or insanitary. This article shall not affect violations of any other County
or municipal ordinance, code or regulations existing prior to August 16, 1963, and
such violations shall be governed and shall continue to be punished to the full extent
of the law under the provisions of those ordinances, codes or regulations in effect
at the time the violation was committed.
