§ 14-53. Open Areas.

(A)

Open areas used for commercial activity including, but not limited to, the sales of vehicles, boats, and merchandise, carnivals, and fairs shall be in compliance with the applicable sections of this Chapter.

(B)

A permit, in accordance with Section 14-39 of this article from the Fire Department having jurisdiction shall be required for those uses described in this section.
