§ 13-22. Insurance requirements.
(a)
No County user permit shall be issued without the user having first obtained and filed with the Public Works Department a certificate of insurance with limits of liability no less than one million dollars ($1,000,000.00) per occurrence for bodily injury and one million dollars ($1,000,000.00) per occurrence for property damage against any liability arising from any activity or operation incidental to blasting, mining or quarrying operations. (c)
Each insurance policy shall be endorsed to provide for thirty (30) days notice by registered mail to the Director, Public Works Department of any material change, cancelation or expiration. No policy will be accepted for a shorter period than six (6) months.
