§ 11C-9. Rules for interpreting area boundaries.

The boundaries of the flood hazard areas shown on the official flood insurance rate maps may be determined by scaling distances. Required interpretations of those maps for precise locations of said boundaries shall be made by the Director of the Miami-Dade County Department of Environmental Resources Management or his designee within the unincorporated areas of Miami-Dade County. Said interpretations shall be subject to review in accordance with Section 11C-12(j) of this Code.
