§ 11A-36. Miami-Dade County Office of Fair Employment Practices recognized; office of Director established.

(a)

The position of Director of the Office of Fair Employment Practices is hereby created and established. The Director shall be appointed by and will serve at the will of the County Mayor. The position shall be exempt from the classified service of the County. The County Mayor shall appoint such assistants to the Director as may be necessary, subject to budgetary limitations.
