§ 11A-32. Exemption for governmental employers that provide equivalent leave rights.

This article shall not apply to any municipality, special district, or other local government entity that maintains a leave policy that:
(a)

Provides employees with at least the same rights to leave as are provided by this article; and

(b)

Includes an administrative procedure for its employees to enforce such rights.
